Guam - 163 students, staff, teachers, and a bus driver have been identified as close contacts of the John F. Kennedy High School student diagnosed with active tuberculosis last week. According to Department of Education deputy superintendent of educational support Erica Cruz and community learning, all close contacts must take the TB test by January 28 or will not be allowed back on campus.
Free TB skin tests were offered at the Upper Tumon campus this morning and will continue Wednesday with skin readings set for January 24. More TB tests will also be administered on the 24th and 25th. |
