Annette M. David, MD, MPH, FACOEM

Dr. David is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of the Philippines, where she was Most Outstanding Clinical Clerk in her last year of medical school. She also completed a Masters in Public Health at Columbia University, New York.
Her residency in internal medicine was at the State University of New York, Stony Brook, where she served as Chief Resident. SUNY Stony Brook awarded her its Most Outstanding Resident award, and elected her into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Subsequently, she completed a subspecialty fellowship in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Yale University, serving as its Clinical Director and Assistant Director for Training.
Prior to moving to Guam, she worked full time for the World Health Organization as its Regional Adviser for the Western Pacific Tobacco Free Initiative. Dr. David is board certified in occupational medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and the Philippine College of Physicians.
If she hadn’t become a doctor, Dr. David would have been a designer shoe boutique buyer.
