Jeannine Pacson, BSN, RN

Head Nurse

Inspired by the T.V. series “E.R.,” Jeannine started her career in health by enrolling in the Nursing Assistant Satellite Program at JFK in partnership with GCC.  She completed the Nursing Assistant program, and passed the Guam Board of Nursing- Nursing Assistant exam by the end of high school.  Gaining clinical experience through apprenticeships at GMHA and the Guam Skilled Nursing Facility Unit further reinforced Jeannine’s resolve to become a health professional. 

She joined Health Partners, L.L.C. in October 2006, while also attending the University of Guam to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Jeannine plans to go on to become a nurse-practioner in the near future.  With her focus, determination and excellent work ethic, we at Health partners are certain she will achieve her dream, and we look forward to her success!
